Free Plan
The free plan is designed to show you the value before you pay. You can:
- Upload your reimbursement and cost CSVs
- Run a complete audit with all four rules
- See summary stats: total flags, severity breakdown, estimated recovery
- View the top 10 flagged records with full detail
This gives you enough to evaluate whether ReimburseOps catches real issues in your data.
Pro Plan
Pro removes all limits. You get:
- Full flag list — see every flagged record, not just the top 10
- CSV export — download a clean action list to file cases in Seller Central or share with your team
- Unlimited audit history — re-run audits as you get new reimbursement data and track changes over time
Which Plan Do I Need?
Start with Free. Upload a recent reimbursement report and run an audit. If the summary shows significant flags — especially high-severity Under Reimbursed flags — Pro pays for itself with a single recovered case.
Go Pro when:
- You need to export results to act on them
- You want to see all flags, not just the top 10
- You run audits regularly and want to keep history
Upgrading
You can upgrade to Pro at any time from within the app. Your existing audit data carries over — no need to re-upload or re-run anything.
